After sixteen years of design and print, I have decided to step out of the world for a while. The last two years have brought deep personal challenges that have left me questioning much about the community around me and my place within it. It has been a time of sadness, disbelief, and quiet withdrawal. This time that has shown me how words and silence both carry immense weight. For now, I am taking space to pull myself together and to hopefully rediscover joy in my career again, wherever that may be in the future. While no firm plans exist, Artcadia will be on sabbatical for the next 12 months. I am not taking on new work or commissions during this time and am currently working on orders already placed, to see them through to completion. To all who have supported Artcadia, through our shared love of print, thank you. Your support and encouragement over the years have meant more than I can ever express.

Just a quick update to say a huge thank you for everyone who visited the shop in it's last few days and big thanks also to those who helped us with the move. There were some challenging times but we will look back so fondly on our little stationery shop and will certainly miss it along with the familiar friendly faces of our stationery obsessed customers. While we won't have a base in the town, we are absolutely continuing the business (15 years and counting!), which is booming in the midst of wedding season from our home studio and will be launching new and exciting ranges of wedding and event stationery alongside new greetings cards in the coming months. Much of my design time at the moment is working on customisations of our Foraggio range. I think couples love the storybook theme and want to inject some of their own story into the illustrations. We’ve just completed a coastal Greek take on it and today I am revising the mock ups of a wintry woodland variant, which I think is going to be stunning 🙏🏼 Will share sneak peaks soon 🦔
