Still taking in what a beautiful evening this was 🧡

Our very first Sacred Sound Session.

We laughed, we danced, we cried, we sang, we listened… and for a few hours, a room full of people shared something really special together.

The energy in the room was just beautiful.

A huge thank you to Doe Paoro what an incredible band for taking us on such a journey, and to every single person who came and helped create the atmosphere in that room.

I had an idea of what I hoped Sacred Sound Sessions could be, but last night was more than I could have imagined.

What an incredible first one. ✨

Sonia Kreitzer is the singer, songwriter and sound practitioner behind Doe Paoro.

Her journey with sound has taken her around the world, from studying Tibetan Opera singing in India to exploring sound baths, meditation and the healing qualities of music.

Her immersive music explores vulnerability, healing and transformation — the perfect soundtrack for an evening of slowing down and deep listening.

This September, Sonia brings Doe Paoro to Shrewsbury with her band for our very first Sacred Sound Sessions.
