Last week we hosted the Fleet Services Ride & Drive Event at .

It’s been a while since our last one but some things in automotive never change.

The technology evolves. The conversations move forward. But the value of in-person events and building genuine connections remains essential.

We’re not great on here at the best of times but we went offline properly over Christmas and New Year and it was utter bliss. Fewer emails, more family!

Huge thanks to all of our 2025 couples and clients, we’re very grateful for the trust (and patience) you placed in us. Another year of growth and great memories, which we’re incredibly proud of.

Well, we’re back, refreshed, and quietly excited about what’s coming in 2026. If you’d like to celebrate with us, we have a handful of dates left for 2026 and the diary is now open for 27/28 corporate events, private gatherings and wedding bookings.

Here’s to another great year, Hidden but here. 🖤

We had the sunniest day for our site visit to and it made exploring the spaces even more inspiring. The warm light poured into the beautifully curated interiors, soft palettes, thoughtful textures, and those signature Kin House details that make every room feel inviting.

Excited to be developing our February project in such a stunning setting.
