Something new is coming to Whitchurch… 💚
We are so excited to finally share the full details of Her Next Chapter — a 6-month menopause programme created to educate, support and empower women through perimenopause, menopause and beyond.
Over six months, we'll come together once a month for honest conversations, expert guidance, practical tools and a supportive community of women who get it.

🕒 3pm–5pm
📍 Sandstone Brook Meeting Suite, Whitchurch
Then monthly through to March 2027.
