We are looking for our next event
BURNS FLATS HALLOWEEN PUMPKIN TRAIL 🎃@
On: Saturday 26th October
At: The Burns Flats Community Rooms, Crayburn House, Glengarry Way, Aikman Avenue, Leicester, LE3 9JP
Time: 2pm - 6pm (you will need to be set up by 1:40 so need to arrive in plenty of time to set up)
We are looking for the following:
🍔 2x hot food van (ideally selling burgers, hotdogs, chips ect but other foods considered)
☕️ 3x hot drinks vendors (ideally selling tea, coffee, hot chocolate as well as cold drinks for kids)
📄 All vendors who wish to apply must insure they have full public liability insurance, food hygiene certificates, risk assessment and other paperwork required to operate their stand.
