CONGRATULATIONS to Beth and Nathan from The Junction on taking over Hullabaloo!🎉

At our members’ meeting on 8th October, a vote was held to close the Friends of Hullabaloo community project, as we felt we couldn’t give it the time, energy, and resources it deserved.

This takeover is fantastic news for the venue — we’re really excited to see the building reopen and wish the new team every success in the next chapter! 🍻

On Saturday 27th September, we have the brilliant Hedera here at Hullabaloo.

Hedera are from Bristol and feature Lulu Austin (violin), Maisie Brett (violin, viola), Tamsin Elliott (accordion, harp), Beth Roberts (double bass, violin) and Isis Wolf-Light (clarinets). They perform original and traditional pieces inspired by music from England, Scotland, France, Bali, Georgia, Bulgaria, Ethiopia and beyond, translated through a prism of experimental minimalism and contemporary classical influences.

Big apologies to everyone, but owing to a leak in the cellar, we're afraid that Hullabaloo will be closed tomorrow evening (Wednesday 27th), we'll be doing our best to get the repair done and open again on Thursday. Thank you for your understanding.
