Next in the range of dotty mixed-media sealife prints is this Weybourne mackerel with some metallic dots to give it a shine. Would make a good triptych on the wall with the crab & lobster prints.

The Sheringham lobster print snazzed up with thousands of coloured paint dots to accompany the Cromer crab completed last week. These take around 5-6 hours each so I won’t be making many - each one will be a limited edition of three. Available only at .holt

Watercolour pen dots on top of linocut original - playing about with this mixed media of a Cromer crab design I recently finished. 4hrs adding the paint dots (on top of the many hours carving the lino & then making the original prints), not sure I’ll be doing many of these! I think it’s what real artists call ‘Mixed media’.

Linolobster - a simple two colour lino print of one of my favourite animals, Homarus gammarus - the European Lobster. I plan to do a multi-coloured reduction-cut print of this fella at some point in the future but right now I’m enjoying playing with just this simple two colour version. Now available exclusively in . Two new linocut designs for 2025 ready with the initial cuts. These will be the first prints made on my shiny new Gunning etching press from - due to arrive in a few weeks time. No more aching hands/arms/shoulders from hand-burnishing with my trusty brass spoon - this will allow me to make lots more originals before I get fed up! The original limited edition prints will be available exclusively at .holt this Spring.

My ‘Shades of North Norfolk’ prints sold out today (which is amazing!), the next batch have been ordered from the printers and we are taking pre-orders on the Make Holt website. Hoping to fulfill next week. Blown away by how well-received this print has been. There will be a few of these unwrapped on Christmas Day!

Took the brand new MG Cyberster out & about in North Norfolk for some photos and video for , lots more pics and a short film to follow but I have to say that this is one awesome electric car. Designed in London it is a real head-turner, those scissor doors are stunning. Partner the looks with the GT version’s 503 BHP and 0-62 in 3.2s (to rival the McLaren F1) this is a serious sports car. Price starts at around £55K I believe, that’s a lot of bang for your buck!
