Today was a good day, blummin' busy but a good day. Gorgeous set up for H & C at with flora from - super stunning colours.

We had a hot chocolate cake in the basement and spiced carrot cake with orange blossom buttercream up top. A barrel is such a contemporary way to have a 2 tier cake, it's all disguised under greens and neon's, purple and gold leaf. Floral cascade with hops, eucalyptus, roses, aramanth, and more. Aramanth symbolises ever lasting love in wedding flowers..did you know that?

Dear wonderful clients and enquirers,

Some of you will have seen recent posts regarding the hacking of my website and the collapse of the paperless system that I had with Bake Diary. The hosts of Bake Diary are not responding to emails where I'm asking for the back-end material that made my business. [I made the cutoff day to download, but they ended the access at midday, not midnight as I supposed]

In short, if you have an order with me, you must email me as soon as possible with the invoice/quote for me to fulfil your order. This is very important if you are expecting a delivery for your special day. Any problems please do contact me as soon as possible - your cake depends on it 😋

My son is helping learn the business, and this is a baptism of fire! 🔥

Any of my wedding suppliers people's, do you have work for a 16yo for Summer and weekends? He is currently doing catering hospitality for Funnells Kitchen (Nick and Alice are smashing mentors!) and he needs additional similar closer to home (so I can have a rest) 🫠 ### 👍👍

Book your place on our wonderful Christmas workshops!

19th November: with expert guidance using seasonal florals,abundant foliages and natural materials, learn how to make and care for a sumptuous festive wreath with hand decorated card to kick off the festivities.

26th November: next make a treasured Christmas decorative painting. Receive professional tuition to pain a seasonal composition of festive finery ,ornaments and assorted accoutrements then personalise to display at home or give as a gift.

3rd December: Lastly join us at the festive table, gain fully immersive experience in tablescaping utilising florals, elegant props and decorative extras.
Make hand painted miniatures, place cards and floral decorations to use at home.

Our fabulous host location The Bell at Brisley will provide a light lunch and refreshments through the day.
