The Micra’s not just a fleet car—it’s a proper workhorse! Whether we’re putting it through its paces or handing the keys to our members for a few hot laps, it always comes back with a story (and maybe a few new battle scars). But like any good machine, it deserves a bit of TLC to keep it running strong for the next adventure.

Speaking of adventures, have you heard about Fuel up Fridays? If you’re not a TorqStart Member yet, what’s stopping you? It’s totally free to join, and you’ll get access to our legendary Friday meetups at HQ—also free! Good cars, great company, and a great place for your to work from and its zero cost. Sometimes, the best things in life really are free.

Who’s in for the next one?

I’ve spent over 20 years running an IT company, but social media? That was just a way to hunt for car parts on Marketplace—until this year. If TorqTraction was going to grow, I knew I had to step out of my comfort zone and dive in headfirst. So here’s a behind-the-scenes look at my journey: the outtakes, the slip-ups, and the moments Kaiden insisted were too good not to share. Fair warning—there’s a bit of colourful language! If you’ve ever tried something new and felt a bit out of your depth, you’ll relate. Let’s have a laugh together and celebrate the learning curve.

For the Driven, By the Driven.

Grassroots motorsport is where the real stories happen! Scott and Ben took the Fiesta out for a spin at the Wearside Classic, but let’s just say the Nissan test track had other plans—one cheeky kiss with the banking and a lesson learned.

Maybe it’s time we brush up on our bodywork skills? Who else has had a “ran out of talent” moment lately? Share your tales below and let’s celebrate the highs, the lows, and everything in between.

For the Driven, By the Driven.

We’re fueling the Acceleration Lunch this October—and I’ll be taking the stage to talk all things AI, automation, and cyber! If you didn’t know, I’m a lifelong petrolhead, tech geek, and have spent 20+ years running ITDesk UK so you can expect plenty of real-world stories and insights.
