Happy New year to all my customers new and old!! With the turkey done and the Quality Street tub nearly empty, it's time to turn your thoughts to that summer body you've always wanted. Here is the menu for January, all calorie controlled, can be adapted for most dietary requirements and can be frozen.

To help with your journey, I've also introduced "Light Bites". These are smaller items ideal for lunches or times where you don't feel like a full meal.

Prices and delivery dates are as shown, so have a read, DM me with any questions and lets look good for that summer holiday.

So nearly the new year, new me time. Why not get ahead for 1st of January and order your first weeks meals from the December menu. All meals are freezable, so will keep to help you hit those new year resolutions from day one. Delivery in tuesday 30th, order must be in by end of today please.

It's pudding time. Just a taster of a few of the desserts coming on December's menu. Full menu release is tomorrow. Guilt free Strawberry Trifles along with Raspberry Marshmellow Meringue pudding pots.

Coming on the December menu, CHICKEN TETRAZZINI. Spaghetti in a buttery, creamy cheese sauce with chicken and mushrooms, sprinkled with a crispy cheese and breadcrumb topping.
