Found out my favourite tree I keep stopping to draw is a London Plane. I'm not the best at tree IDs... I'm much better with flowers. But now I'm seeing them all over. Spent a lovely few days in North Yorkshire, seeing all the colours of the trees. Home for a weekend of arty cocoon and getting ready for in a few weeks time ❤️

Of course now all I want to do is make and paint ceramics 🤣 one little afternoon painting a mug and I'm now basically a ceramicist. I'm probably being harsh on myself, I do actually have a ceramics GCSE and did a whole module on it in my uni degree and have been to multiple workshops and sessions over the years, so its not a new dream, and its not outlandish to think about. There was something about putting my work onto clay that I really loved. Let the exploration begin!
