Proud to be an employer partner with Grow UK and to be part of such a positive, practical conversation about creating real opportunities for young people in Sheffield.
The impact of paid, supported placements is huge - not just for trainees, but for businesses too. We’re excited to continue supporting the programme into 2026. 🌱
If you’re a nature based Sheffield business considering becoming an employer partner, I’d really recommend having a conversation with the Grow team.
We hosted our first-ever Employer Partner Networking Event this week, and it was fantastic to bring our partners together to share their experiences of hosting a Grow trainee.
We celebrated the impact of last year’s placements, shared our ambitions for the year ahead, and invited partners to pledge their support for another year of meaningful, paid opportunities for young people in Sheffield
Huge thanks to:

…and a warm welcome to our newest partner Percy Street CIC!
A special shoutout to Megan from Greystone Flowers for her inspiring presentation about their business and what taking on a Grow trainee has meant for their team.
🌟 We’re now looking for more local employer partners who want to make a real difference in the lives of young people. If that’s you, we’d love to hear from you at [email protected]
