Helloa people - 3 weeks on Sunday I’m very lucky to be running London Marathon.. this time for the amazing SYEDA (South Yorkshire Eating Disorder Association). They are a small but mighty charity ~ supporting many people and their families through ED illness. The offer therapies and supportive groups for the ED sufferer and their families. All for FREE - but they can only do so with volunteers and fundraising. So please, if you can spare any pennies, I would be very grateful!!! 💰 ✨ make all the dark nights, the running through crazy rain and long, gusty trails (though don’t get me wrong, I’ve absolutely loved it too!)

Whoop whoop! 🙌🏻 soooo chuffed with today - PB on half marathon (2 mins better chip time than 18 years ago!!), PB on 5k (28.56) 10k (58.40). All those rainy dark runs paying off finally!!!!! 2:11 ~ watch time (actual 13.1 miles) 2:16 chip time (13.65 miles) BUZZING!! ✨✨✨✨✨✨ Sheffield crowd did not disappoint & loved the fact I was chasing a capybara 🤣🤣

Every time I go to the supermarket I see them. The mums of small children who go to the supermarket late night shopping for a “break”. Somewhere to catch their breath. I used to be one of you. This too shall pass my lovelies ✨💕

TW: breastfeeding. I say trigger warning as not everyone has the best experience. This about my first breastfeeding experience. On paper I was “lucky” and it went well but for those first couple of weeks it was HARD!!! Practically no sleep and bleeding and pain - don’t know about you but I’ve never had someone suck my ni***es for 20 hrs a day (or may you have! 😂😂😂) just wanted to reflect on those times… It was raw but also beautiful. I think that absolutely reflects how ferociously I love my children. 💕💕
