Since the end of December i have been somewhere between the jungle, the ocean and the big smoke.

Recharging.
Cooking.
Connecting.
Switching off to switch on again.

Dancing, meditating, learning, challenging, relaxing.
crying and laughing along the way.

Picking lemongrass, eating mayongchid and drinking lime juice every day.

Slow days in the heat, close to nature, where things somehow makes more sense.

Living spontaneously has been the real medicine.
no rush, no pressure… just sabai sabai.

Feeling inspired, stronger and present.

Beautiful things ahead, wellness retreats, private parties and pop-ups.

Until then, soaking up the last two weeks in Thailand.

On the 8th July we served Shawarma Bowl at Union St, which went down incredibly well. I want to say a genuine thank you to everyone who came through, shared a meal, and connected.

Cooking, for me, has always been about more than just food. It’s how I communicate, an expression of care, intention, and curiosity. I spend a lot of time and energy in the kitchen, not just to get things right, but to make sure that what I serve carries meaning.

Sometimes that shows up in unexpected flavours, but the beauty of it is that it often sparks conversations. These moments of connection are why I keep cooking.

So again, thank you. For showing up, for being open, for eating with us.

These beauties are going to slow roast for at least 5 hours. It will be vac packed to preserve its flavour and be served in a vegetarian shawarma.
