Chicken in a Rich Herb Sauce, with Peppers, Mushrooms and Onions, in A Tortilla Enchilada, Topped with Mixed Chedder and Mozarella with Chopped Pepperoni baked in the oven until all the Cheese is Melted.

Filled Foccacia!
Today's beautiful Garlic and Chedder Sourdough Foccacia from the amazing Bramblebeck Farm was filled with Garlic and Herbs, topped with Bolognaise in a Rich Tomato Sauce, Covered in Mozarella and Chedder Cheese, with Spinach and chopped Pepperoni. The lid topped with Sliced Fresh Tomatoes and Parmesan Cheese.

Tomorrow's Special Foccacia, will be a Creamy Garlic Chicken and Mushrooms. I'll post the pictures when I make it tomorrow. X
