A very, very hot day down Great Fosters for Ebbani & Callum.

From the moment I arrived, the whole morning felt effortless. No stress, no rushing around, just good people, good vibes, and plenty of excitement for what was ahead.

The weather had other ideas. It was one of the hottest days I’ve ever photographed, and finding shade quickly became the theme of the day. We hopped from cool spot to cool spot, taking every opportunity to escape the heat, but when it came time for couple portraits, Ebbani & Callum were more than up for braving the sun. And I’m glad they did, because the results felt absolutely worth it.

The day wasn’t without its casualties. Brand new drone? Crashed. Canon R6? Overheated. Photographer? Questioning his life choices in 30-degree-plus heat.

But despite all of that, it was one of those wedding days that reminded me why I love this job. So much laughter, so many great moments, and a couple who were simply a joy to spend the day with.

Having already tied the knot a few days earlier, Jordan & Rickie skipped the formalities and went straight to the celebrations.

A heatwave bank holiday weekend, all their favourite people in one place, and a day built entirely around good food, good company, and good vibes. No ceremony, no strict timeline, just everyone coming together to celebrate.

Their party took place at St Paul’s in East London, a venue full of character, creativity and artistic touches at every turn. Family played a huge part in the day too, with parents preparing an incredible homemade Mediterranean-inspired feast for everyone to enjoy.

We snuck away for a few couple and group photos along the canal before heading straight back into the heart of the action. East London provided the perfect backdrop for a day that felt completely true to them.

What a day. What a party. What a way to celebrate.

A few weeks ago, I spent the afternoon wandering along London’s South Bank with these two. Ahead of their wedding next year, it was the perfect opportunity to catch up, hear more about their plans, and spend some time together before the big day.

Pre-wedding shoots are a great way to get comfortable in front of the camera and shake off any nerves before the wedding. And what better place to do it than one of the city’s most iconic spots?
