Terms & conditions
These terms and conditions form the basis of which Rebeccas bridal agree to supply goods to you from here on the ‘agreement’
By entering into this agreem
ent with Rebecca’s bridal you agree to be bound by the following Terms and conditions. It is the customers responsibility to read this terms and conditions notice and ensure they understand prior to any sale. Rebecca’s bridal has such terms and conditions to protect its business regardless of your circumstances. PAYMENTS AND PAYMENT OF ORDERS:-
A - Customers are required to pay a 50% NON- REFUNDABLE deposit on any order in gown or accessories. By placing an order and paying the deposit an agreement/contract is formulated
B - Full payment the remaining 50% is due within 1 week of the order arriving. C - No goods may be removed from the premises until full payment has been made and the order fulfilled. D - collection of the dress should be within 2 weeks of full payment. Failure to collect within the specified time without prior agreement from Rebecca’s Bridal will incur further charges, which must be paid in full before the dress will be released. ( please also see non collection of goods)
E - All gowns remain the property of Rebecca’s bridal until paid for in full. F - All items purchased are NON REFUNDABLE and NON RETURNABLE and NONE EXCHANGEABLE
All sample/sale gowns are Sold as seen. Rebecca’s Bridal is not responsible for any defects or imperfections on sample/ sale gowns, these are sold as seen and it is the customers responsibility to check they are happy with the gown prior to purchase including online and In store purchases
G - All money paid is none refundable or transferable
H - Full payment is required for all sample/ sale gowns. Please note short payment plans are available at the sole discretion of Rebecca’s Bridal by prior arrangement. I - payment plans require a minimum of 30% NON Refundable and non transferable deposit. With the balance to be paid in full within 2 months of the initial deposit. CANCELLATION OF ORDERS/PAYMENT PLANS:-
A- Customers who cancel their sale/ agreement/contract are NOT entitled to a refund of any monies paid up to and including the cancellation date. B- please be aware that once a gown has been ordered and the deposit has been paid this amounts to a formal agreement/contract. Cancellation periods from suppliers apply to Rebecca’s Bridal and under NO circumstances can this be changed. Rebecca’s bridal and suppliers still incur costs regardless of any circumstances, therefore Dress orders will still have to be paid for in full by the customer if the wedding is cancelled for what ever reason or if the customer changes their mind about the dress. C - sale/sample gowns are all sold as seen and are NOT returnable, refundable or exchangeable. D please note where a payment plan has been agreed Full payment is required within 2 months of the initial deposit regardless of any chance in circumstances for any reason or cancellation of wedding or change in mind. Any payment of money is non refundable or exchangeable. The dress remains the property of Rebecca’s bridal until full payment is received. E- should the customer no longer want their dress for what ever reason, full payment is still required as per terms and conditions. It is the customers responsibility to try and resell their gown following full payment. SIZING
A- Gowns ordered in are ordered in standard sizes according to the suppliers size chart. Please be aware that the sizes are different to high street sizes. B - ordered in gowns are made to order and are NOT
Made to measure. Therefore it is expected that most dresses will need alterations to achieve the desired fit. C- After an order has been paced/ deposit paid Rebecca’s Bridal is not responsible for any changes which may occur in the customers size and body shape. Rebecca’s Bridal does not accept responsibility if the gown does not fit on arrival. D- it is the customers responsibility to ensure they are happy with the measurements taken prior to ordering the dress and are happy with the dress size ordered prior to paying the deposit. ALTERATIONS:-
A- The price stated on all dresses EXCLUDES any cost in respect of alterations or fittings. B - regrettably Rebecca’s bridal does NOT offer a fitting or alterations service and does NOT cover the cost of any alterations required. C - Rebecca’s Bridal is happy to provide you with contact details for a seamstress. However it is the customers responsibility to arrange any alterations and fittings and to check the credentials and qualifications of any alteration specialist or seamstress they use. Rebecca’s bridal is NOT responsible for the quality of alterations undertaken as this is an independent service. NONE COLLECTED GOODS
A- Rebecca’s Bridal does NOT offer storage of wedding gowns. All dresses must be collected within 2 weeks of full payment. Any extension of this may be made at the sole discretion of Rebecca’s bridal otherwise a storage fee will be applied and must be paid before collection. B - any Goods not collected within 2 months of arrival/ full payment, will be deemed as a cancelled agreement without any further notification. And any money paid will NOT be refunded. C- Any gowns NOT collected within this 2 month time period will be put back into stock to be resold.
