What are the T&C`s of the introductory offers? Teepee sleepovers must have a minimum of 2 Teepees booked and be one of our sample themes- *Unicorn *Jungle *Army camo *Blush Pink other themes available at extra charge. Teepee sleepovers 24 hour duration

ating for up to 6 guests. Additional Teepees and guests can be added at extra cost. Hire duration 3 hours, Hire can be extended at extra cost

How much space do you require for Teepee sleepovers? Each Teepee requires floor space of 100cm x 200cm

How much space do you require for the Teepee Tee Party set up? Teepee floor space required 100cm x 100cm plus table space 150cm x 200cm
*Please note its the clients responsibility to make sure you have adequate space available before booking

Payment
We require a £50 holding deposit to secure your booking. Full payment is required either on the hire day or before using bank transfer or cash. £50 holding deposit is returned to you after inspection of the equipment on collection day. Can i change the dates of the hire? We will try our best to accommodate date changes with sufficient notice

Can i Cancel my booking?
£50 holding deposit is none refundable in the event of cancellation. Date amendments may be offered as an alternative. How long does the set up take? Approximately 1hr however this is a guide as Each set up is different depending on individual requirements

Do you stay and host the party? No we come on the hire day to set up then return to collect at the agreed time. Is bedding/linen provided? Yes we provide single air beds, sheets, duvet and pillows for the sleepovers and pillows, rug table and table ware for the Tee Parties. Cleaning
We take hygiene very seriously all our bedding is washed with non biological and antibacterial detergents. We also use anti viral fabric sprays, face masks and maintain social distancing. What happens if something gets damaged during hire? All damages need to be paid for, We will deduct the damage cost from the £50 holding deposit. Do i need a power supply close by? No, Though we do need one accessible to inflate the airbeds. Do you accept cheques? No payment required in cash/bank transfer. Do you have other themes available? Please contact us directly to discuss your individual requirements and ideas! We are happy to work with you to create the perfect hire. We have posted some sample theme ideas, as our business grows we will have more and more themes and extras to choose from. Do you have any bookable extras? Yes we have several add on options available such as balloons, sweet cones and pamper packages. Please contact us for more details.
