A little boy fighting cancer for the second time in his modest 12-years may only have days or weeks to live, without help.

Jack is 12 years old and attends Gravesend Grammar School. He is one of our good friend and customer's God son. Jack desperately needs to receive cancer treatment in the U.S. to save his life. Despite a major airline generously giving Jack his flight, the family have received the devestating news that they have to raise between 500,000-1,000,000 usd for his treatment.
