Bit bored of try these quick easy & indulgent alternatives. Homemade Shop bought spread with the best mincemeat you can buy or in my case a gin infused homemade mincemeat. Rolled up & baked in the oven at 170 for 15mins!

Lovely dinner party catering last night for a small party. inspired nibbles, starter & main course finished with a seasonal sticky toffee apple pudding.

Lovely catered for this weekend using seasonal local produce with a little bit of Asian canapes thrown in. 155 plates of slow braised with chestnuts, pears & celeriac purée. Shallots, & Kentish blue cheese tart tart in with truffle oil & fennel, chicory & apple salad.
