We are thrilled to add another accolade to our growing list of awards. This one is from Build for Best Independent Coworking Space (South East).

Special shout outs to who worked in tandem with us to breathe life back into our beautiful old warehouse which had stood empty for twenty years and to for taking a punt on two sisters who had never done something like this before.

What if stepping away for a day could help you rethink how you spend your energy?

If your endless to-do list of work opportunities and personal projects means you never quite switch off, '๐“๐ก๐ž ๐„๐ง๐ž๐ซ๐ ๐ฒ ๐„๐ฑ๐ฉ๐ž๐๐ข๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง' is designed to be your pattern interrupt.

Charlie helps people who live beyond conventional labels design lives that sustain both their energy and income.

Heโ€™s an author, speaker, semi-professional athlete and the creator of a unique approach to life design - and heโ€™ll be taking you out of the meeting room and into the Kent Downs for an immersive day of walking, reflection and practical exercises.

- 18km of beautiful countryside
- Life design workshops
- Individual reflection & paired conversations
- Explore your body, motivation, environment and pace
- Create your own Energy Toolkit to take back into everyday life

And don't worry - this isn't a race. The hike is designed to challenge you without breaking you. There is no target pace and no pressure to perform. The focus is on connection, the exercises and being in nature.

The day is limited to just 10 people to create space for meaningful conversations and genuine connection.

If youโ€™re feeling like you need to step away from the noise and take a proper look at how youโ€™re using your energy, this could be exactly what you need.

A while back you may recall reading about our initiative to support a local startup, charity, student, or community project by providing free desk space for three months. We received applications from a number of worthy candidates and are delighted to announce that Hannah Drennan of HD Consulting has joined us earlier this month.

Previously responsible for fundraising at West Kent Mind, Hannah is developing a start-up consultancy to help late-identified neurodivergent adults rethink the way they hold together work, family life and identity.

A desk at LIME TREE will allow Hannah to develop workshop materials, undertake research and kick start conversations with potential clients and collaborators. She is looking for opportunities to connect with local businesses and community organisations who are increasingly looking for better ways to support neurodivergent people and carers, so drop us an email if you would like to connect with her: [email protected]

We always encourage everyone working here to support our fantastic local high street at lunchtime. However, we occasionally get asked to provide lunch for meeting room bookings.

With that in mind, we are looking for recommendations for local caterers who can provide sandwich platters or similar lunch options for small meetings. If you know a great local business that offers this service, weโ€™d love to hear your recommendations in the comments!
