It’s been a little quiet on social media lately — but trust us, our fleet certainly haven’t!

Early this morning, one of our chauffeur’s was waiting at London Luton Airport to welcome clients home after a wonderful holiday in the South of France.

Their flight was delayed, but that’s no problem as we were there, ready and waiting as we tracked the flight & knew there was a delay with the flight heading to Nice.

Our Mercedes V Class prepared for the journey home. Luggage taken care of. Doors opened. Comfortable journey ahead. Just as it should be.

Our clients certainly had a wonderful holiday & are now getting ready to head back to work & school.

You know you have truly earned the trust of a VIP client when they don’t just trust you with their own journeys they trust you with their entire family and have been for 3+ years now.

That level of trust didn't happen overnight it was built up over a period of time.

Discretion isn’t an optional extra it’s part of the service.

This week we were tasked with collecting a high-profile individual from Wilderness Reserve.

When dealing with high-profile clients, discretion, privacy and common sense are absolutely paramount.

We deliberately photographed only our vehicle within the estate grounds, making sure the image revealed no details of the property and, importantly, no clues that could potentially identify the client we were collecting.

Just as importantly, we didn’t post anything on the day of the collection.

Why? Because a photograph, location tag or seemingly innocent social media post can potentially reveal far more than intended including a client’s movements, whereabouts or identity.

For us, providing a chauffeur service isn’t simply about arriving in a luxury vehicle and driving from A to B.

It’s about understanding when to take a photograph, what to photograph, what not to photograph and sometimes, when to say nothing at all.

Our clients trust us with more than their journey.
