Driving near Sevenoaks in Kent today, dropped by a farm shop with a cafe, they also have a fishmongers there. They have treated us to some garlic prawn and calamari they have just roasted for their own lunch later on 😍
Me and my brother bought some smoked fish, had a small chat with the fishmonger seller and then went to have our tea outside in the shade. Fishmonger followed us in few min and brought some mackerel pate and salmon pate in those scallop shells with some crackers. Just dropped them off at our table, said enjoy and went back.
As a bonus treat, my brother was confused why are we getting snacks for free but today was a good vibe that explains it I think.
Maybe it was some savvy marketing as we definitely are coming back.
I also went to a peony farm which was stunning.
