Would you come see me ? I’ve been looking at opening a studio next year, the great British weather is making things harder than it needs to be 😅

Im looking at opening a space where I can not only do photoshoots and sell my prints but I can also host workshops, give lessons, you could also rent the space from me for your own photoshoots, or even film your podcasts using my equipment.

I’ve been doing the math and I think I can make it work, there’s a few places in Scunthorpe I’ve got my eye on that’s affordable. I’ve already got everything I need and extra, I just need people to give me pennies 😅

My question is, would you come to me ?

Fellow photographers can you relate to this ?
I posted a video on another social media platform yesterday about imposter syndrome and how I’ve got literally thousands of photos I’ve never shown anyone 😬😅

23,114 photos I’ve got just dying in my storage, photos that didn’t make the cut for the smallest reasons , I’ve probably not even posted 5000 over the years 😅

I know a lot of other photographers experience the same, especially in today’s social media world where every photo has to be this polished , perfect image or you fear being judged 😅

So here’s one that didn’t make the cut , just because it’s time I stopped worrying so much .

Maybe I should make it a series 🤷🏼‍♂️😅

I’m calling a well needed Golden Retriever day so I might be unavailable for a bit today ❤️ The past 3 months I’ve barely had a day off and when I have had a day off I’ve been staring at photoshop, Eddies mostly only had local walks so I’m gonna take him for a change of scenery and we’re off for a walk on the beach ….. in Wales 😅

Taking a camera with me because this beach is absolutely beautiful 😍

Becoming a wedding photographer gave me more than you know….

Being real , before I did weddings my feelings and experiences of love weren’t positive and I was very happy without it 😅

But then I started doing weddings and I soon saw that true love was actually pretty cool if you let it happen naturally.

It’s kinda my job to watch people and the more you do it the more you notice the quiet things, the way people look at each other , I’ve seen people in a room full of hundreds of people but the only people they notice is their other half ( love seeing that).

I’ve seen the smiles , the tears when the groom sees his bride for the first time (even though they always say they’re not gonna cry 👀😅) , the pride and support you get with love … and it changed me.

Weddings definitely made me a better man, I understand more, like I get it now, love is pretty cool and kinda fun with the right person tbh 😅

So yeah , that’s why I love what I do , it’s good for me too ☺️

Never thought I’d get married , didn’t really want to 😬😅 but then 6 years later here I am , stood in front of a mountain , nervously proposing to the Mrs ❤️

So Thankyou …. to all the couples that made me see that love doesn’t have to be a battle , it’s a blessing

You have no idea how much you’ve changed my life ☺️

Ps I’m trying to buy a boat so if you could just book me already that would be spiffing 😅

Set myself a challenge this month to show up and show ME more, not just the finished product and it seems to be working well 😁

Over 250,000 views this month and more followers in 30 days than I had all last year 🤯 so thanks so much for interacting /following etc 🫶🏻

Anyway, if you want me at your wedding I’m taking bookings for 2027/28 !

I think fate brought me this wedding ❤️

Emma & Todd messaged me looking for a photographer for their wedding and realised that I was the guy who they randomly met a few weeks before on a dog walk, Todd’s dad also turned out to be the guy who was training my dog 😅 small world!

It was a rainy start but thankfully it stopped and everyone had an absolute blast!
