Welcome to Wyresdale's Wedding Barns, your stunning home for the weekend and a place to bring your celebration to life. We have renovated these unique buildings to create a flexible, spacious venue: the barns have all the honesty and charm of a rustic setting whilst being a minutes stroll from the formality and country house glamour of Wyresdale Hall.
The Heritage barns will be exclusively yours.
The White Barn is the perfect space to host your reception. With towering ceilings, balconies and adjoining bar this is perfect banqueting hall for the big day.
The Ceremony Barn can seat a hundred and thirty and is a stunning room to exchange vows with your partner. This cosy and peaceful space can then be used in the evening to sit back, relax and watch the celebrations in full swing.
The Tractor Barn is perfect for your drinks reception if the weather is inclement. The barn adjoins our flower-filled stone courtyard and bar, contains our antique tractors and makes the perfect spot for a BBQ.
The Dancing Barn - A creative space for your drinks reception and late night dancing. The barn adjoins our flower-filled stone courtyard and bar; with multiple doors leading to our Tractor Gallery it becomes one big communal space. The lit stage created from the old barn doors and 3 disco balls creates the perfect space to party the night away!
The 'Fell Inn' is the cherry on top, a picture perfect miniature tavern that connects all three barns, oozes atmosphere and demands a late night lock in.
OUR GLAMPING
The estate has two very beautiful glamping sites to choose from, The Orchard is adjacent to the venue and can sleep up to twenty four people. All yurts are raised on timber decks with heated king size beds and have access to a fully fitted kitchen, lavatories showers. This campsite is designed to take away the hassle of accommodation and also ensure that your nearest and dearest can stay with you.
The Feather Down lodges are a short walk away beside the lake, these can be booked through the Feather Down website. Each huge safari-style tent sleeps up to eight, with their own kitchen, shower room, wood burning stoves and outdoor hot tub.
THE COUNTRY HOUSE AND THE BRIDAL SUITE
Hidden away behind the café gardens is the beautiful south terraced lawn. The perfect outdoor setting for your afternoon drinks, this elegant space has abundant flower beds, striped lawns, the Hall as its backdrop and our fountain as its focus. A terrific contrast to the simplicity of the stone barns.
LAKE AND GROUNDS
You will have access to a private jetty and wooden rowing boat throughout your stay, nestled under the bows of gentle giant oak tree. Another stunning backdrop for your photos and a great opportunity for you glamping guests to take a dip.
