Our instant reply on messenger is playing up,its not sending to some people at all,then its sending hours later so looks like it us replying, sorry for any mix ups with it or confusion. Although we still don't work through messenger or Facebook this is just a quick update just incase any messages have been sent and the instant reply hasnt come up, it informs you of our phone number and opening hours ect, so we can deal with your inquiry or order in person as unfortunately we are only a very small team and we don't have an admin team to man the page. With thanks to all our customers, Hope you've had a great Christmas and a happy new year! We will be back to normal this Wednesday 🌸😊

Sorry we've not updated any pictures recently we've had one staff member off isolating (luckily not with covid) and lots and lots of orders to do single handed. Were both back now! Hooray!!🎉🎉 thank you for all your patience while weve been super busy and short staffed, the support from local businesses we work with and all our fab customers is greatly appreciated. 🌸💗🌸

Just a little reminder as always ladies and gents we unfortunately don't take any orders or inquiries through Facebook, all our regulars are aware of this and appreciate why.

A new inquiry that I've just come home to seems to think as they haven't had a reply and because we don't work through Facebook that we are arrogant and to busy to reply 😪.

Which is quite upsetting for someone to think that of us, from no response within a few hours of a message and not actually dealing with us personally. Hopefully if they pop in or call us they will see the personal service we pride ourselves in.

This is the exact reason we have never worked through Facebook as we dont want ANY inquiries getting missed!

We are a very small business and don't have an admin team to man this page, so we don't see messages till we get home most days. (Especially both been mums to young children,by the time we sit down ,its night time😀 we try our best to work round everyone).

The instant automatic message is sent with our telephone number and opening hours, hoping that you will then give us a call as even if were busy the phone will get answered or we have a answer phone were u can leave a message and we will call you back the same or following day🙂.

We do everything over the phone or in person then we no your order is wrote down and not going to get over looked as unfortunately most day we just don't have time to check the page when we are getting all your beautiful flowers ready, that's why we decided many many years ago to just use the page for updates on the shop only.

🌸 We're so very sorry if our way of working has offended anyone, this is not what we hope for.

From monday 19th July we will be continuing to work with the same set up we have throughout the pandemic, with cases due to rise and already are in Scarborough we will continue to serve from the front of the shop and only be pre-orders ,so nothing will be made while you wait. We have found everyone has taken to our new ways so well anyway, and we find it a much safer way of working. 😊
