YOU GUESSED IT 🚨👇.. The Corner Kitchen is taking up residence at the kiosk at the Bottom Station on Foreshore Road! ☀️🌊

I am absolutely over the moon to finally share this with you all. Even though the lease purchase is still in the lap of the gods….well the council 😬I can’t keep it secret anymore!

We’d love to get in for the summer and open as much as possible! We’re hoping to attract tourists and locals in equal measure….and see what my regulars keep coming back for every week! 🥰🩵

I’ve just got back from dropping off a buffet in Filey and thought I’d share a few bits and pieces I’ve made recently.

Just like at the shop, I make pretty much everything from scratch. It’s always prepared to order, so everything is guaranteed freshly baked and ready for your guests.

From handmade quiches and my signature sausage rolls to fresh cream cakes and sponges, I love providing proper, homemade food for local events.

🌱Main: Roasted Vegetable and Feta, Puff-Pastry Parcel.

Both served with a Creamy Herb Sauce.

🥔 Sides: Classic Duchess Potatoes, Honey Glazed Carrots, Braised Leeks and Butterbeans.

🍫 Dessert: Triple Chocolate Delight ~ Rich Chocolate Brownie with homemade Hot Chocolate Sauce and White Chocolate dipped Strawberry.
