Toast Skagen
North atlantic prawns, dill, lemon, spring onion, creme fraiche and mayo. Served white sourdough fried in salted butter.
Seafood Sandwich Cake
3 layers of seafood and bread topped with North Atlantic Prawns, Cold Smoked Salmon, Crayfish, lumpfish caviar and various vegetable garnish. Contains, Tuna, prawns. egg, mayo, lemon, creme fraiche, creme cheese, hot smoked salmon, apple, dill, capers, horseradish salt and pepper. White and brown bread.
Chicken Ceasar
Whole garlic basted Chicken, smoked Bacon, 30-year-old matured Parmesan, Pancetta, chives, sun dried tomatoes, cream cheese, mustard, creme fresh, mayo, avocado, salt and pepper Topped with seasonal salad vegetables and herbs.
Vegetarian,
Layers of brown and white bread with smoked cheese, grated apple, mild cheddar, Port Salut, mature Cheddar, Cucumber, spring onion, mayo, creme fraiche, salt and pepper. Topped with seasonal salad vegetables.
Gin Cured Salmon ( my own cure) with a Horseradish and Prawn Cream.

Pork and beef, caramelised onion, sourdough breadcrumbs, eggs, salt, white pepper
Beetroot Salad
Cooked baby potatoes, pickled gherkins, spring onion, grated apple, cooked beetroot, fresh dill, creme fraiche, mayo, salt and pepper
Mixed leaf Salad with Herbs and a Swedish Creme fraiche dressing.

Vasterbotten Cheese pie
We make our shortcrust pastry with vodka and wholegrain mustard which we then fill with double cream, egg and Vasterbotten cheese. Served with a sour cream and caviar dip.

Princess Cake
Vanilla Sponge, Raspberry jam, Vanilla cream, cream, marzipan. Best cake in the world 🙂
