We've spent quite a bit of time recently developing our Canapé menu and improving the presentation, so I thought I'd share a few of our latest creations 😊

From Beef Wellington and crispy bacon waves to salmon and vegetarian bites, we are trying to create centrepieces for your events that look beautiful, taste great and give guests something a little different.

The best part is seeing people spot a canapé, pick it up out of curiosity,and then come back for another one 🤩

A little collection of what we have been creating recently ♥️

Some days are spent shopping, prepping, cleaning, lifting boxes, driving across counties and wondering if we have forgotten something important 😅

And then there are moments like these, when everything comes together and we get to stand back and look at what we've created.

We're still a new business, still learning every day, but seeing people enjoy the food, ask questions about about canapes, and come back for seconds makes all the hard work worth it.

Honestly, one of my favourite parts of catering is watching people walk past the table, stop and go:

A huge thank you for inviting One Bite Bliss to cater a beautiful corporate celebration at St James’s Square, London on the 13th of May ✨

For this special event, we had the pleasure of serving handcrafted canapés, our charcuterie cart experience, and cheesecake cart throughout the evening.

It was an incredible atmosphere with amazing feedback from guests, and we were honoured to be part of such a prestigious occasion attended by the Mayor of London.
