Our Wednesday classes are coming along nicely with a great turnout, especially in the beginners who are progressing really well.
We have finished social foxtrot, almost finished the rumba and started on the waltz.
This week we will be finishing off the rumba and moving on in the waltz.
With the numbers we have at the moment I have decided to merge the two classes into one. The timings will remain the same:
• 7:15 – Practice music starts.
• 7:30 – Beginners instruction starts. Improvers can join in and improve on style and technique.
• 8:20 - Practice session starts.
• 8:30 – Improvers instruction starts – Add more advanced figures/Improve technique.
• 9:15 – Practice session.
• 9:30 – Class ends.
The cost remains the same at £10 per person but both beginners and improvers can get a lot more practice time in. This should allow everyone to move their dancing forward quicker. It is important for beginners to be there at the start and try to attend as regularly as possible (I know life gets in the way sometimes). Improvers are welcome to join us at the start or come in when suits your current standard.
The web site has had a bit of an update. I hope it has improved things and makes information easier to find (and I hope it gets improved search engine rankings). Please take a look and let me know what you think.
