We were back at shuttleworthtrust last week for a wonderful wedding. It was a very warm one. ☀️
Canapés included homemade quail scotch eggs, smoked salmon blini, marinated tiger prawns and bbq chicken skewers.
Starter was herb butter seared scallops with potato puree and lemon beurre blanc.
Main was a stunning beef wellington served with fondant potato, French beans, shallots and carrots.
Desserts was a glorious summer berry pudding 🍓🫐
We had our smokehouse out in the evening for pulled pork, BBQ ribs and chicken wings served with artisan breads and chips.

We had the pleasure of catering at a new venue for the crème team last week.
The beautiful Colmworth jetty. The sun was shining and the drinks were flowing. 🥂
60 guests enjoyed a variety of canapés, starter was Greek meze sharing boards including olives, pittas, dips, falafel & tabouleh. Main was our very popular host a roast leg of lamb.
Dessert was the lovely couples wedding cake. The evening ended with 100 guests having our delicious artisan pizzas and dancing the night away 🍕

We created Greek inspired meze boards for last weeks ABBA tribute night at 70 guests danced the night away 🥂💃🏼 🇬🇷

On Wednesday we had the pleasure of providing delicious food for a vow renewal. 60 guests had a variety of canapés with welcome drinks. 🥂 Followed by a main of our artisan pizzas and our huge seafood and chorizo paella. 🦐
Dessert was a sharing grazing table of meringue, cream, fresh berries, macaroons, Apple tart-ta Tain and brownies. 🫐🍓
Our decedent cheese board was devoured through the evening. 🧀

Last Friday we had the pleasure of supplying afternoon tea for the High Sheriff of Bedfordshire and 120 of his guests. Held at the beautiful shuttleworthtrust guests enjoyed canapés with welcome drinks then a decedent afternoon tea 🥂

We recently had the pleasure of providing the food and staff at a celebration of life for a wonderful lady. Held at the beautiful house. 120 guests enjoyed a variety of hot and cold buffet. 🤍💐

Last weekend the team were on hand for an awards ceremony in Biggleswade. 150 guests enjoyed a three course meal including the most delicious beef roast 😍
