We were back at shuttleworthtrust last week for a wonderful wedding. It was a very warm one. ☀️
Canapés included homemade quail scotch eggs, smoked salmon blini, marinated tiger prawns and bbq chicken skewers.
Starter was herb butter seared scallops with potato puree and lemon beurre blanc.
Main was a stunning beef wellington served with fondant potato, French beans, shallots and carrots.
Desserts was a glorious summer berry pudding 🍓🫐
We had our smokehouse out in the evening for pulled pork, BBQ ribs and chicken wings served with artisan breads and chips.
