🚨 WHAT A WEEK AT MARLER EXECUTIVE TRAVEL! 🚨
It’s fair to say we’ve had a week to remember! 😂
One of our vehicles was unfortunately written off in a non-fault accident. Thankfully, nobody was injured, which is the most important thing. 🙏
Then came the rest…
✈️ Flights delayed by HOURS
✈️ Flights arriving HOURS early
✈️ Last-minute cancellations
✈️ Constant changes to schedules
✈️ And plenty of juggling behind the scenes!
And whilst all of this was happening, Ricky has been stuck at home waiting for a courtesy vehicle and watching the madness unfold from the sidelines! 🤣
But this is where having the right team really matters.
A massive thank you to Andy, Paul and Rihanna, who have pulled together brilliantly and kept everything moving.
And the most important part?
Not one client was left waiting.
Not one booking was cancelled by us.
Not one passenger was left stranded at an airport.
And not one job was missed.
Despite a vehicle being taken off the road, flights changing by hours and plans constantly moving around, every single client was still where they needed to be, when they needed to be there. 👏
