The Write Message is an excellent means to engage with people at all levels of your organisation, harnessing people’s experiences and opinions and thereby enabling you to really get to the heart of your event, business or institution; finding out what makes it tick, where its strengths lie and what you need to do to move forward with clarity of vision and purpose. Using a Writer in Residence in th

e context of your event or project gives your stakeholders an easily accessible and objective means to communicate their opinions and experiences. They are able to contextualise what it is to be, for example, an end user of your service, or to share their vision of what your function is. This clarifies your core values, identifies issues which may need addressing and also, just as crucially, highlights what you do well.
