⭐ Chef Spotlight: Aldo Zilli – Sunday 28 June, 2pm

Closing our Bridgemere Food Festival chef series in true Italian style is the award‑winning Aldo Zilli. Known for his vibrant Mediterranean cooking and big personality, Aldo takes to the Main Stage at 2pm on Sunday for a 45‑minute demo, Q&A and meet & greet.

👨‍🍳 Aldo will be cooking:

• Main paccheri with tuna & spinach
• Orange & strawberry tiramisu

Our BD chef team will be recreating Aldo’s dishes so you can sample them live during the demo.

Next up in our Bridgemere Food Festival chef series is TV favourite Simon Rimmer, presenter of Sunday Brunch and known for his bold, vibrant, flavour‑driven cooking.

Catch Simon on the Main Stage at 2pm on Saturday for a 45‑minute demo, followed by a Q&A and meet & greet.

👨‍🍳 Simon will be cooking:

• Pulled lamb shawarma
• Homemade flatbread
