We advertised our Hereford beef bulk packs earlier in the week but did you know we also do pork bulk packs? Our bulk packs are a great way of stocking up your freezer for less. You get your share of a pig and get a variety of different joints and cuts.

We're a family farm with an onsite butchery so we can provide cuts/joints that you often won't find in the supermarkets. Send us a message or call on 01579 350410 for more information or to book yours.

We've given some example weights and packs below but we are able to tailor the cuts and joint sizes to your requirements.


1/2 a pig- roughly 25-30kg of meat split between
• Shoulder joints- perfect for pulled pork or roasting
• Leg joints- great for roasting
• Leg steaks & fillet- ideal for curries and pies
• Belly- whole joint or slices
• Chops, loin or chine
• Sausages
• Hocks- whole or as sausages
• Kidney, liver & trotters (optional)

1/16th of a bullock- roughly 10-12kg of meat split between the following:
• Selection of steaks- sirloin, rump, fillet & ribeyes
• Topside & silverside joints- great for roasting
• Brisket & rolled rib joints- perfect for slow cooking
• Chuck & stewing steak- good for casseroles and pies
• Skirt- traditionally used for pasties or slow cooking
• Mince
• Flat ribs
• (Burgers available at an extra cost)

We won't be at any markets this weekend but our shop is open as usual:
Thursday & Friday 9am-6pm
Saturday 9am- 5pm

We'll have fresh Hereford beef, pork, venison, bacon, sausages and burgers available as well as other delicious local treats.

(Don't worry, we aren't putting our feet up this weekend whilst there's no markets, we've got 2 hog roasts to keep us busy instead!)

Ed is at Callington Market today until 2pm, come down and see him in the Town Hall.

He’s got beef, pork, goat, chicken, sausages, burgers and bacon as well as Cornish Gouda, Tamar Valley Apple juice, Cornish Seasalt and Manelly Gold rapeseed oil.

Here are the dates of the August markets that we'll be attending.

We've also got a busy month of hog roasts with 8 booked in as well!

Don't worry though, our shop will be open for it's normal hours 9am-6pm Tuesday- Friday and 9am-5pm on Saturdays.

Our shop's open Tuesday-Friday- 9am-6pm and Saturdays 9am-5pm, just up the road from St Dominick Church.
