The Slinky Fox produces mouth watering Artisan Wood-Fired Pizzas. We use authentic Italian ingredients because maintaining Italian traditions is at the heart of what we do. We combine delicious heritage ingredients for all our bases, such as Caputo Tip '00' Pizza Flour for our dough, San Marzano Tomatoes to gain depth of flavour in our tomato sauce and Fior Di Latte Mozzarella. We source all the ingredients for our toppings from local suppliers in the South West. So think Neapolitan with room for debate, in order to keep Neopolitan purists on side. We slowly ferment our dough and hand make each pizza to order. The Pizzas are cooked in our Phoenix Plus Wood-Fired oven, which gives them their unique flavour. We cater for weddings/mess functions/corporate events/festivals

Thanks for simply being the best customers a girl could wish for 🥰

You really helped me curate October’s menu. I felt really inspired putting this one together and if I’m excited that means there’s gonna be some flavour bombs for you 🍕😋 everyone wants an explosion in the mouth 👄 right?

I love all the seasons but I love it when food becomes about giving you a hug, and if I can say try one pizza this month it would be The sausage Fennel Ragu. It’s so delicate but offers such flavour, I know you won’t be disappointed.

The Peppy Guiseppe will always be on as everyone loves hot honey and pepperoni 🍯 🔥 I just can’t squeeze it on this menu as it mucks up the aesthetics of the menu 🙊 sure AI could re-write it but we’re real with a few quirks!

Just so happens Dark Revolution have Shark Bait on which would go great with our Cluckbait! 🦈 🐔 love it when a coincidence happens.

As I sit and plan next month’s menu I thought I could lean into my trusty Slinky fans and ask what do you think would pair better? 🤔

I always like to put something spicy and meaty on the menu but like to bring something new, so I was thinking:

Nduja, scarmorza (smoked mozzarella), then I’m leaning towards the w**e and chocolate salami from Trealy Farm with fresh rocket.

This should give a great balance of flavours, smokey, spicy, salty and sweet or would you prefer the sweet smoked paprika chorizo. Decisions decisions. 🍕🦊

Some nights you just need a cheesy garlic bread even if you’ve told yourself your not having pizza 🙊 it goes with a curry or a bolognese!

But if you’re dedicated you’ll get pizza right? 🤔

This menu has been put in place for Pewsey but if you’d all like a bit of figgy Gorgonzola action in your lives let me know and others can see the roll out!
