****Durrington Ukraine aid collection update******
Good news!!! We will be accepting aid donations for the displaced people of the Ukraine at Durrington Free Church on School Road on Saturday 5th March from 12pm.
If people are able, please can you donate the following items.
- Thermal blankets
- Sleeping bags
- Small Toys
Good condition
- warm/waterproof coats and jackets
- warm clothes
- New underwear for women, men and children
- soaps, shower gels
- toothpastes
- toothbrushes
- hairbrushes
- sanitary pads
- antiseptics
- nappies - all sizes
- wet wipes
- pre made liquid baby formula milk
- long lasting foods.
We are going to need cardboard boxes and tape to box everything up. Does anyone have a large van that we can transport the boxes to Poole if possible?

SO SORRY TO SAY THAT THIS IS A HOAX. WHOEVER STARTED UP THE FAKE PAGE IS VILE. PLEASE USE TO SHARE YOUR PICTURES DIGITALLY.

What a lovely idea (and will keep the kids busy too)

NHS Nightingale would like to decorate it's new wards with bright & beautiful drawings by children.

Why not draw some colourful, cheerful pictures with the kids today? Please note drawings need to be A4 so that they can be laminated for infection control purposes.

If you can laminate them before sending to your regional hub PLEASE do! This saves a lot of work for those who are giving up time to do this. Feel free to draw as many as you like there are no restrictions on sharing the love! Also if you’d like to write a message of hope or get well wishes please feel free to and always wash or gel hands after handling post etc.
