Tonight's show will be coming LIVE from Sarum Crossfit in Salisbury UK!! Gareth Will be DJing while the athletes take part in this weekends crossfit open. The music will be pumping and you'll all be jumping tonight!!! BRING IT ON!!! 7-9PM GMT
