After watering yesterday. Today (Thursday) is Lokis birthday! My little dude. We had a 6 year old boy visit on Monday morning. And Loki was the dream alpaca. Friendly, followed him around and sniffed him. My bestest boy. Spirit is getting needy with the hose in this heat and definitely becoming a bit more comfortable with me.

Today I met the bestest boy Bagpipes! Absolutely stunning and very well behaved if a bit vocal. Hence his name. His poor owner has been let down by so many shearers. So I bet he feels so much better. He was handsome before. But is absolutely gorgeous afterwards. Watch out ladies!

Hurrah. Lenny got done today. He was a baby and cried all the time. And it’s not a pretty job as he cushed most of the time too. But he’s sheared. So he can enjoy the heatwave in comfort. Hopefully next year he’ll know that I’m not going to hurt him. At least he wasn’t a kicker like Larry!
