Join us on Saturday 13th June for a powerful journey to ground, release, activate & thrive at our Somatic Spark Retreat.

We begin by gently arriving into the body with a grounding meditation guided by Dee Jodel, before being led into a deep soul journey through breathwork with … a safe, nurturing space where you are fully held and free to release whatever is ready to move.

We’ll then come together to enjoy a delicious, frequency-activating feast, lovingly prepared by Jenna Presley and Ian Fribbins

From there, Clara Jo Apollo will guide you back into your body, supporting chakra balance and energetic alignment… preparing you to fully let go and express in our final session.

We close the day with an epic dance medicine journey led by for pure elevation. ⚡️

A journey into 3rd eye activation… and a reminder that you don’t need psychedelics to see beyond the veil.

In fact, accessing your inner world gently, naturally, and with intention is not only more powerful… it’s safer, more grounded, and deeply integrative.

We’ve consciously created an experience to guide you there:

This isn’t our usual ecstatic dance, it’s a deeper journey, a moving, psychedelic-like experience using rhythm, sound, and the body to access expanded states of consciousness… without losing yourself in the process.
