☕️ Why We’re No Longer Serving Cacao at Our Dances + What We’re Doing Instead 🌱
This feels like a big share for me… but it’s coming from a place of alignment, authenticity, and love.
For over 14 years, cacao has been part of my journey. It helped me transition away from alcohol and substances, supported my heart opening, and played a powerful role in ceremony and community connection. I even hosted one of the UK’s first cacao ceremonies back in 2012 with Keith from Keith's Cacao
But as I’ve continued to deepen my connection to raw, clean, high-vibrational living, and after years in the raw vegan movement, I can no longer ignore how cacao impacts the nervous system. I’ve experienced the overstimulation, the adrenal fatigue, the emotional crash that sometimes follows. And after a recent experience at a dance where I made a choice I know I wouldn’t have made in a completely sober state, I had to get really honest with myself.
Cacao is beautiful medicine for some. But for me, and for what Elevate stands for, it’s no longer aligned.

🌿 We’ll be starting with a guided foraging walk, gathering wild greens I’ve tried and tested myself, known for boosting vitality, circulation, and energy.
⚡️ These wild herbs and greens will be blended into our new high-vibe tonics—designed to fuel your dance, your spirit, and your soul with clean, grounded energy from the Earth. ⚡️
No highs or crashes. Just pure connection to life, nature, and each other.
I know this may feel like a big shift, but it’s one made with deep intention. I can’t wait for you to try what’s coming. You’ll feel the difference.
I’m excited to develop our own new version of an opening circle. And excited DJ Ian Fribbins is on board with the changes and Dee Jodel will be supporting the facilitation of the relaxation phase from now on.
