🚨 CUSTOMER COMPLAINT 🚨

After much consideration, I feel like it’s finally time to speak about one of my customers.

I have been making balloons for this particular customer for YEARS… and, unfortunately, the service gets more difficult every single year.

This year alone, she has:

🎈 Changed the theme more times than I can count
🎈 Been extremely picky about colours
🎈 Changed her mind halfway through
🎈 Had very specific ideas about what she wanted
🎈 Wanted to approve practically every detail
🎈 Added “little extras” along the way
🎈 Expected everything to be absolutely perfect
🎈 Given me approximately ZERO creative freedom
🎈 Expected priority treatment
🎈 Had extremely high expectations
🎈 Wanted the biggest and best display possible
🎈 And then had the cheek to ask for the whole thing FOR FREE 😭

Honestly, the demands are getting ridiculous.

I’ve been doing her balloons for years and somehow she manages to become an even more difficult customer every single birthday.

At this point, I’m not even sure why I keep accepting her orders. 🤦🏼‍♀️

And the worst part?

I already know I’ll be doing her balloons again next year.

Because unfortunately…

SHE’S MY DAUGHTER. 😂😭🎈

So yes… the customer from hell gets her balloons for free. 😂

Happy birthday to my very own worst customer! ❤️🎂

And despite all the demands… I think I absolutely smashed this one. 🥹🎈
