12 weeks into our partnership with and we’re so proud of what these incredible young people have achieved.

Week by week we’ve watched confidence grow, friendships form and skills develop, both in and out of the water. The impact on the young people and their families has been truly beautiful to witness.

We’re delighted that this work was recognised on BBC North West Tonight, helping to highlight the importance of making swimming and water safety accessible for neurodivergent young people.

The best part? We’re continuing the programme, welcoming new families every week while seeing our regular swimmers go from strength to strength.

HydraForge isn’t just another fitness event. It’s something we’ve built from the ground up because we wanted to create a new level of challenge.

At , water safety is at the heart of everything we do. That’s why we’re running FREE children’s water safety sessions throughout the summer, led by .

We’re also delighted to be welcoming the amazing team from Sale Community Fire Station for a special afternoon dedicated to keeping our community safe.

What you can expect:
🏊 Interactive water safety workshops for children
🚒 Live demonstrations from the fire service, showcasing the incredible work they do to keep us safe

What a journey
From the disappointment of being weathered out last year to the excitement of a start time this year

Sale Slayers Nic, Hazel, Jo and Andi were meeting at 4am for a 4.30am start!!

The sun started to rise on the most perfect day for openwater swimming, the sea flat calm and the sun came out, we also had a visit from a pod of dolphins 🐬 it was amazing !!
