It’s here again… time for some more yard party fun. Music from James Endeacott on Friday and live music from Obram3 followed by Time Is Away on Friday on Saturday. All at in Harold Mews, St Leonards.

Wood-fired kitchen over two nights:

🔥Friday 19th June, from 6pm

In the spirit of the Basque Country we will be grilling steaks over wood, a variety of cuts, including some to share. From beautiful, dry aged local beef - prime Côte de Beouf, thick cut Sirloins on the bone, the butcher’s cuts of Bavette & Onglet and a few choice, seldom seen, surprise cuts.

All served with garlic & herb butter, wood roast new potatoes, burnt peppers & organic salad.

We’ll have a couple of small plates cooked on our asado grill to start, a vegan main of braised & charred organic hispi cabbage, vegan labneh, Romesco sauce & golden raisins w. Organic salad leaves.

Full bar with some great natural wines.

🔥 Saturday 20th June, food from 6-9pm

… Lebanese style flat breads:

- Lamb Merguez, house labneh, Malfouf salata (cabbage, pomegranate & sumac), pickled red onions, chilli sauce, flat bread
- Harissa grilled courgette, house vegan labneh, Malfouf salata , pickled red onions, tahini sauce, flat bread £13
- Wood roast potatoes

3 gin cocktails.

Supernature is out and about and fired up to see our foodie family again. Easter Weeknd, we are popping up at Unit 4 Gallery, on Harold Mews… a skip and jump from Norman Rd, a collaboration with our friends at S.L.A.G.S

Saturday 4th April - Pintxos and small plates, from 6-midnight. No bookings. Expect natural wines and ciders and a full bar, inside and outside seating (weather dependent). Fire pit. Tunes from most excellent

Sunday 5th April - all day party with Supernature bbq and music from Zeroh and Ollie Crowther. 12pm-1am.

Schnitzel, oh schnitzel. Schnitzel holds a special place in my heart. My Austrian Oma would always make it as the first meal every time I arrived in Austria on a visit. It was her way of showing her love for me. From the moment I started out in the kitchen it was obvious that schnitzel was going to play a big part.
We have had a schnitzel on the menu day one of Supernature, so it’s only right we go out with schnitzel on the board - Mark
