This weekend, The Bridal Loft experienced verbal abuse directed at members of our team. Sadly, this is something we have never had to deal with before, and we hope we never have to again.

The bridal industry is about celebrating love, happiness, and exciting new beginnings. Our staff work incredibly hard to make every customer’s experience special, and they deserve to be treated with respect and kindness.

We want to make it clear that we have a zero-tolerance policy towards any form of abuse directed at our team. We are always happy to help and resolve issues wherever possible, but abusive behaviour will not be accepted.

A simple reminder that costs nothing but means everything: Be Kind.

Thank you to all of our wonderful customers who continue to support us and make what we do such a joy.
