Online or in-store?
Where are you buying your wedding dress?

We have had 3 brides in store this week alone who purchased a dress online. All 3 visited our store this week after how disappointed they were with what they received from a online stores.

They felt misled by photos, out of pocket as they can't get a refund. The quality was so poor and not as described.

When they arrived in our store they realised the difference in quality. The boning and structural support that comes with a professional dress from a professional store.
We as boutique owners work hard every year choosing the right dresses for you ladies. We test the structure and boning. We get into the dresses ourselves! We put the dresses under pressure to test the quality. Not just choose it cause it looks nice.

We totally understand that some people don't have certain budgets but we please beg you to do your research. Google the name of the brand. Read reviews. Use Google lens to check if the company have pinched the image from a designer. Is the price too good to be true? Go with your gut instinct.
Get yourself wedding insurance.

But please if you can push your budget. Pay in instalments. Reach out to your local boutiques. We always have sales on and dresses we receive from the manufacturers that they decide not to put in production so we can pass those savings on to you the consumer.

The 3 poor brides have gone through so much stress and we are so happy we could help them into finding the actual dress of the dreams. They said like everyone else who buys online ..." I wish we had just come to The Bridal Loft first"
