We offer a fantastic range of restaurant quality freshly frozen meals available for pre-order. Wherever possible we source the best of Cornish produce and cook in small batches with no additives or preservatives. Our frozen meals are handmade and can be popped in the oven with no preparation or defrosting required. Dishes available range from Traditional Steak and Ale Pie, Fish Pie and Lasagne to

the more exotic Moroccan Lamb Tagine and Thai Curry. Vegetarian options, sides, desserts and a specially created kids’ range which includes ‘hidden’ vegetables are also available. Our private chef service offers you the opportunity to relax in the comfort of your own home or holiday accommodation whilst enjoying a restaurant experience. Great for quiet nights in, celebrations or those with young children. Why not let us take the stress out of the shopping, preparation and cleaning up. A range of set menus are available but we will happily work with you to create something tailored to meet your every need. Buffets, cakes, BBQs, canapés and sit down meals can be catered for. It takes a great deal of effort to debone Cornish Mackeral but it’s always worth it. Done 2 ways - Angels Mackeral, Fennel and Citrus Salad. Angels Mackeral with Confit Tomatoes and Salsa Verde both are delicious.
