Today’s simple special. The Olive & Rocket. Just a few simple top ingredients doing their thing. Had a mad sell out day again so only just getting round to sharing this.

Pizza goes like this.. Tomato, pecorino, oregano, basil, mozzarella & Taggiasca olives. Finished with wild rocket & chilli oil for the win.

Wednesday 19th if you come along with your kids and get a pizza get them to sit down for 30 mins and colour in the box. A week later on the 26th I’ll stick a free pizza in it.
