Did you know that around half of our gowns are available ‘to go’ as Samples? These gowns are perfect if you’re short on time or would like to keep a lid on the budget. But so many of our brides end up falling in love with a dream dress which just so happens to be available as a Sample- and being able to whisk her away the same day is an added bonus.

When should I book my appointment? The short answer is around a year before your Wedding Date but… ♢

…our advice is to start when you feel ready to meet your gown. Why a whole year? Made To Order gowns can take 6-8 months to be made and shipped with 3 months needed for alterations.
 
If you feel ready to make a decision before the 12-18 month countdown, that’s fine too, but we ask that you do wait until you’re ready to say Yes should the perfect gown be found, rather than come in for a ‘try on’.
We’ll be working hard to find your dream dress, so it’s brilliant to be in the right headspace.

We can, of course, find you a gown with less time to go. Over half of our gowns are available as Samples. Sometimes Samples are the clear option as timing is tight and we can’t get a Made To Order gown in time, but sometimes it just so happens that your dream dress is available to whisk away that day, on discount.

Our Made To Order gowns run from £1400-£3000 and our Sample gowns are priced between £1000-£2000.

If you’re struggling with how, or even where to start shopping for your gown, our advice is to…

✨ screengrab bridal styles that appeal to you and find a boutique that matches that vibe- check out their socials and website. We’re all different so give yourself the best chance of success by going somewhere that has options.
✨ work out your budget. Once you have a number in mind that you’re comfortable with spending, find a boutique with gowns in that price range.
✨ gather up to 3 VIPs to take with you. Pick cheerleaders whose feedback you trust, and who will lift you up. If there’s someone you just couldn’t say yes without, ensure they’re there too. Don’t miss out on the moment as many Brides will find their gown in the first appt if the research has been done
✨ go into each appointment intentionally. We have been honing our range for over 7 years and are really experienced in picking up on your cues, listening to how you want to feel and pulling that perfect style you’ve been describing. Too much choice leads to ivory-blindness and a numbing of the experience, so if you can, book one appointment at a time and go into each one hoping to find your dress.
