Finding a venue that fulfils your non-negotiables can often be the most time consuming part of planning for an event…

If you work with us to plan your party, all we’ll need from you is a brief outline of what your ideal venue would look like and what your non-negotiables for the venue are.

We’ll then go away and do all the legwork!

At our next meeting we’ll then share at least 3 options with you, with all the important questions for the venue covered so there’ll be no surprises further down the line.

Some clients come to us with an occasion but NO idea on a theme

In this instance we will:

✨ Ask you about your likes

✨ Ask you about other parties you’ve been to that you’ve enjoyed, digging into why you enjoyed them

✨ Ask you about the things you absolutely don’t like at parties

From here, we’ll create multiple theme options in the form of vision boards to share with you and then we'll start the planning process

Are you sick of boring, old fashioned event seating? 🤔

Gone are the days when your only options are white tablecloths and ugly old fashioned event chairs.

We created a rustic, classic look for this summer garden party using wooden trestle tables, brown chiavari chairs and navy & greenery for table decor.

Should you prepare for this call?

Absolutely.

If you show up unprepared you risk forgetting details that are important to you for your event, or having to guess answers on the call. You ideally want to show up for this call having thought about exactly what you have in mind for your event.

What happens off the back of this call?

I go away and build 2-3 different options for each item (ie 3 venue options, 3 decor options etc) with varying prices so you can tailor your choices to what’s most important for you to spend your budget on.

Does it matter if you don’t have any solid ideas on theme, catering etc?

Not at all. In this scenario, I’d ask you questions about yourself and your likes/dislikes to give me a basis to then come up with some theme ideas for you.

Working with an event planner buys you time and JOY. You can take out the stress of hosting an event and enjoy being present in the process and the day.

All the things we as adults barely notice as we drive past (where has our imagination gone?!)

Rainbows and sparkles but make it grown up 👀

There’s nothing we love more than when a client comes to us with some crazy ideas and asks us to bring them to life

Metallic rainbow balloons are the perfect way to create a multicoloured display that works for a 40th birthday!

With the addition of a sequin wall to add more 💥 as guests first walk in 👀

We also had a slightly scary unicorn cake and gorgeous dried flower pillars and arches... Photos to follow 📷
