Beautiful blush flower buckets for brides.
Blush pink is very popular for wedding flowers and is my absolute favourite.
Phlox ‘Cherry Caramel’ is a gorgeous delicate
flower to use along with Achillea ‘Summer Berries’ and ‘Colorado’. Amaranth ‘Coral Fountain’ with its interesting tassels add texture and flow, and work wonderfully in large pedestals, arches or milk churns. Last, but not least you have the scented blowsiness of the David Austin Roses ‘Emily Brontë’ and ‘A Shropshire Lad’.

I was asked to create this spray for a lovely lady who had a beautiful rose garden that she opened with the NGS every year. Her daughters has seen the gorgeous, sustainable farewell flowers at Chelsea Flower Show, and had wanted a similar style and colour scheme. The scent from the roses and sweet peas was truly gorgeous.
The tiny sweet pea posies were pretty tokens from her grand children.

Such a joy to flower Chris and Bettina’s wedding. The reception took place in the family garden which looked glorious and every detail was pure perfection. They asked for pastel, English country garden flowers arranged in a natural style. The Roses smelt Devine and were sourced from . Other flowers were Sweet-peas, Stocks, Delphiniums, Phlox, Icelandic Poppies, Astrantia and Nigella.

I use cards for my special gift bouquet messages. They are beautifully illustrated with traditional blousy, country flowers, just like mine. By using Helen’s cards I’m also supporting another small business in my village of Wimbish 😊

It was so lovely to meet Carole, Gill, and the team yesterday at Chelsea representing .
The first time funeral flowers have been at Chelsea and they won GOLD for their beautiful display.

I finished pruning all my Roses last month and have been busy feeding them with ash from the log burner and very well rotted horse manure-thanks to Skylark and Jasper. It’s hard to believe the Roses in the first video are the same Roses in the last picture.Over April and May I will keep them well mulched and watered so we have an abundance from June onwards.
I have introduced new varieties this year such as Wollerton Old Hall, Emily Brontë and The Pilgrim.
Perfect for romantic bridal bouquets and farewell tributes to your loved one.

I made the most of the lovely weather today and planted more flowering shrubs, including
🌸Lilac
🌸Guelder Rose
🌸Mock Orange
( to use the common names).
They are a beautiful addition to any bouquet or arrangement in late Spring and early Summer.
