Sustainability in events isn't just a nice-to-have.

Your ESG teams are asking about it. Your event team should be answering.

We built the Dynamic Method for exactly this. It's how we embed environmental, social, and governance thinking into every stage of an event, from the first stakeholder conversation through to post event evaluation. Not a box tick. A working process.

In practice, that means:
๐Ÿ’š Reducing environmental impact, from venue selection to production
๐Ÿ’š Sustainable catering and waste reduction
๐Ÿ’š Optimising logistics and travel for delegates and crew
๐Ÿ’š Communication and collaboration with suppliers who share the standard

It starts at home too. We track our own emissions using Net Zero Now's carbon calculator, and we've been independently assessed by EcoVadis, most recently rated Silver, placing us in the top 15% of companies assessed worldwide.

Sustainability isn't optional anymore. And it doesn't need to be difficult if you have the right process.

So far, 2026 has taken us to Costa Rica, Lisbon, London, and Berlin, and we're just getting started.

At Dynamic, we're proud to have:
๐Ÿ“† Delivered over 220 global conferences
๐ŸŒ Run events in more than 250 locations, across six continents
๐Ÿ‘ฅ Built a team with over thirty years of experience

But numbers only mean something when they translate into events that actually work for the people in the room. That's the bit we care about most, and it's been true all summer too, as we plan for next season's events.

Next stop: Singapore, Budapest, London, Dublin, Vancouver, and beyond. โœˆ๏ธ

Got a last minute event this Autumn/Winter, or grand plans for 2027? What's the one thing that would make your next event a success? Let's talk.

Dynamic Discussions is back.

On 8 September, senior event, brand and business leaders will come together at the Kimpton Fitzroy London for 'Event Strategy: From Values to Measurable Impact'

A small, focused roundtable for people who want to move beyond attendance figures and surface-level feedback and build event strategies that create meaningful, measurable impact.

No panels. No presentations. No sales agenda. Just candid, peer to peer conversation with the people shaping live experiences. Places are deliberately limited, and only a small number remain.

Read the white paper from our previous Dynamic Discussion in the comments.

Why do you hold your events?

Not where. Not how many people. Not even the budget. The question that gets lost is why and what you actually need the event to achieve.

After ten years working across leadership meetings, client conferences and everything in between, one thing stands out: the best events aren't the biggest or most expensive. They're the ones where everyone understands the purpose.

That's the difference between a calendar-led event and a strategy-led one. It's a shift that changes everything, from how you brief an event to how you measure its return.

Jade Pearce, our Head of Client Services, shares her take on turning events from dates in the diary into real business drivers: https://f.mtr.cool/b5l6tw99hq

Exhibition floors are noisy. Bigger stands don't win attention anymore, smarter ones do.

Here's what's actually working right now:
๐Ÿ’กLED walls that do more than look impressive. Used well, they set the tone before a visitor even reaches your stand.
๐Ÿ“ฑTouchscreen demos that let people explore your product at their own pace, no queuing for a rep to talk them through it.
๐ŸŸ Lead capture apps that replace the fishbowl of business cards. Instant, accurate, and your team follows up while the conversation is still fresh in someone's mind.
๐Ÿคณ QR-triggered content that turns a five-minute stand visit into an ongoing conversation, brochures, case studies, booking links, all one scan away.
๐Ÿ’ฌ AI chat for visitor qualification, so your team spends less time on small talk and more time with the people who are genuinely a fit.

None of this replaces a great conversation. But it does mean your team is having the right conversations, with the right people, and capturing them properly.

Your in-person audience and your virtual audience are not the same.

Treating them as such, is where hybrid events go wrong.

A screen isn't a substitute for a seat in the room. Virtual attendees need their own pacing, their own moments of connection, and content built for how they're actually watching, not a livestream bolted onto an in-person agenda as an afterthought.

We've delivered hybrid events at real scale, including a two week international summit run alongside COP26, engaging thousands of virtual attendees across major platforms while keeping the in-room experience just as sharp. That only works when both audiences are designed for from the start, not one as the main event and the other as a footnote.

Getting hybrid right means separate content strategies for each audience, production that actually understands broadcast quality, and a run of show that doesn't leave your virtual crowd watching dead air during breaks.

Are you designing for two audiences, or just hoping one livestream covers it?

We design hybrid experiences that work for both. Let's talk.

"Keep calm and carry onโ€ฆ choosing London as your next event destination."

Is London a smart choice for your next corporate event, or just the obvious one?

Turns out it can be both at once, if you know where to put the effort.

Connectivity few other cities can match: direct flights from across the world, Eurostar on the doorstep, one of the most extensive public transport networks. Base your hotel near your evening venues, and delegates can walk to dinner instead of sitting in traffic.

And culture you don't have to manufacture. A gala dinner with the dinosaurs. Market stalls repping different London boroughs. Walking tours around historic palaces and world class galleries. London does a lot of the "wow" work for you if you know where to point it.

Our Event Manager Ellen has written up what actually makes London work for large-scale conferences, so if London is on your event shortlist, be sure to have a read: London - https://f.mtr.cool/uojxtaxteh

โ˜€๏ธ Christmas venues are disappearing faster than your ice cream is melting.

Back in July, we told you the best Christmas venues were heating up. Well, here's your August check-in: if you haven't booked yet, the shortlist is getting shorter.

If you're planning a Christmas event for 100+ people this year, a gala dinner, a black tie awards evening, something with real scale, the venues that can actually hold a room like that are being snapped up right now, while everyone else is still on holiday.

Our Venue Sourcing Manager, Emily, has written up exactly what she'd want sorted by when (venue, catering, dietary, final numbers) so nothing gets left to a December scramble. Link in the comments.

The short version: summer's in full swing. So should your Christmas planning be.

๐Ÿ’ฌ Comment Christmas below, or drop Emily a DM to get the conversation started.

AGMs & SKOs are coming. But this year, without the panic.

Planning a 2027 AGM or Sales Kick-Off? August is the time to startโ€ฆ Yes, even before your budget is confirmed.

๐Ÿ“† Here's why: In short, January is the busiest month in the events calendar. The best venues get booked out fast, often before next year's spend is even signed off. Add in supplier availability squeezed by Christmas party season, and multiple stakeholders needing a say on content and messaging, and "we'll sort it in the new year" can quickly become "we've missed our first choice."

For the longer answer, check out our blog [link below] and find out how we can help... At Dynamic, we're more than a spare pair of hands. From venue sourcing to full event management, we help busy corporate teams get ahead of the January squeeze, so your AGM or SKO lands polished and purposeful, not pulled together at the last minute.

"When business meets breathtaking scenery, even a conference feels like an adventure."

That's how our Event Manager summed up delivering Baker Tilly International's LATAM conference in Costa Rica this year. 75 delegates, one coffee estate afternoon, and a few lessons in going with the flow.
